I’m an expert at a few things. I can deal cards, play guitar, and rock a machine gun pretty well. I’m not an expert at law, constitutional or otherwise, but who is? Fortunately for all of us, there is one simple constitutional principle which is easily understood without having the benefit of a law degree. This principle lies in the oath of office that citizens take when they are elected or appointed to a position of public trust. Local police and lower court judges, soldiers and military leaders, as well as anyone involved in the creation and prosecution of our laws, such as our state legislatures, congress, and senate, all swear an oath of office in accordance with the position they hold.

Considering recent occurences and disclosures, one particularly pertinent clause in these oaths which our leadership take is one that states that as a function of office, it is their sworn duty to support and defend the Constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Our constitution begins with the words, “We the People,” which is appropriate because under our representative form of government, it is ultimately the people of the country who are responsible to the constitution for it’s defense. It is the people who are responsible for cleaning house when those who hold positions in government overstep their bounds and act beyond their authority as prescribed by the constitution. The caveat is, that even though the people are responsible for their leadership who take oaths to defend the constitution, the people do not.

I would like to encourage anyone not familiar with the oaths of office that our elected leaders, police, and military members take prior to serving the public, to read, recognize and understand the importance of the oath, and the implications regarding what happens when our leadership fails to uphold it. Also understand that ultimately, the citizens of this country are as much as responsible for the failure of our leaders as our leaders themselves.

Considering human nature, it is impossible to completely eliminate all corruption from social, political and economic systems which humans create. But there IS an unacceptable level. In light of recent revelations as well as events long past, it is no longer a question whether there are some in our leadership structure who are acting illegally and in contravention of the constitution.

Case in point, the release of information by Edward Snowden – information that the government had no intention of being public. I no longer indulge in debate over the merits of what Mr. Snowden did. Whether he is an American hero or a traitor is yet to be decided, and not by me. Snowden the man is no longer an issue. The cat and the bag from whence it came are the real issue.

The recent IRS scandal, and the obfuscation of facts by accused parties surrounding the affair stands as testament to the fact that our government is not completely honest with it’s citizenry. Many documented instances of malfeasance on the part of government leaders and parties exist through the last six decades. The Gulf of Tonkin, Watergate, The Iran-Contra Affair, and more recently Fast and Furious. And these are just at the top of the pile of public domain. Any fourteen year old who is so inclined can peruse the internet and find numerous cases of our government creating false narratives for events, obfuscating facts, and generally acting in ways not in accordance with the will of the people. This is putting it nicely.

Eisenhower warned a long time ago the folly of allowing the military industrial complex to gain too much power. Kennedy warned us of nefarious secret societies who were gaining influence in social and political structures. These warnings all came over fifty years ago, and we are seeing now the results of our inaction. Many would still say that these are concepts in the realm of conspiracy theory, but I say that Presidents do not have the luxury of being conspiracy theorists. Military Industrial Complex is a phrase that Eisenhower himself coined, and would have Kennedy really addressed the entire nation on television about ‘secret societies’ if he didn’t have substantial evidence of the fact?

Many great Americans have taken the oath, but many more great Americans have not. I have taken the oath twice, and while I no longer serve, I never untook the oath. I still believe in the fundamentals of our constitution, and I also believe that there are those in positions of power who seek to circumvent or even completely disregard the law to meet their own collective ends. These criminals need to be held to account.

There are many people in positions of public trust who are true to their oaths and are doing what they can to protect the constitution. There are activist police, activist judges, and activist legislators, as well as an army of private attorneys willing to challenge the merits of our leaders. But these people are too few in number, and require the will of the people to accomplish the task set before them. Only by the will of the people will change occur. Change begins by sending a message to those who have things other than the good of the people in mind, and holding them accountable for their actions. Simply voting out the offenders, and replacing them only sends the message that these types of criminal activity can be gotten away with. We must first eject the corrupt leadership, and then focus on the corrupt system as a whole.

The thin line between a regular citizen and our public servants is drawn by the oath. Local police forces are the last bastion of defense for the people against tyrrany, because they are the lowest citizens on the judicial totem pole who swear the oath to uphold the constitution. There are ‘bad’ cops in all police forces, but there are always more good cops, as there are always more good people. But when a cop goes bad, and commits crimes or rights violations, it is on the good cops to arrest the perpetrator and it is on the courts to prosecute the law in accordance with their oath.

I for one contest that the government of the United States is illegitimate under the law. Too many instances of government fraud, waste, abuse, criminality, and corruption have been established and documented as fact to be denied. If those who do not take action to uphold their oaths and bring the corrupt, criminal elements in our government to justice, then they are complicit in those crimes, and should be held accountable as such. I feel justified in my contention, despite my lack of knowledge and understanding of law, on the basis that there has been too much corruption for too long now. It no longer requires an understanding of law to see what persists. All that is now necessary for one to see the reality of the situation is for one to look.

Americans should recognize their responsibility and civic duty in doing what they can to preserve the liberties they enjoy as citizens. There are more than 170 million people in this country between the ages of 18 and 65. With those numbers, our job should be quick and easy. At most, anyone should only have to miss a week of work to do what needs to be done. The question is, how many of those Americans really understand what is at stake, and of those, who are willing to sacrifice their time and energy to the cause of cleaning out the Hill?

To the average citizen, these things are no longer important. We only have a cursory understanding of our representative form of government, and that is because we are taught nothing about civic responsibility, and how to secure and maintain the liberties and freedoms granted us by the constitution. Nor do we have any concept of what life was like under tyrranical, oppressive rule prior to our country’s inception.

Averyage citizens, in general, have more pressing matters to deal with than the maintenance of a government by the people and for the people. They have the myriad forms of entertainment, sports, celebrities, fashion, computer games, movies, television, and the internet. And if we’re not too busy entertaining ourselves, we’re commuting longer in heavier traffic to work more hours at jobs which largely produce nothing in order to put food on the table, and then dealing with the fatigue that results. It is the freedom, the creature comforts, the diversions and distractions which we all enjoy daily that, ironically, will lead us to fail to uphold that which allows for said freedom.

I personally adhere to a strict policy of non-violence. I also abhor capital punishment because I believe it goes against natural law. I understand that the punishment for some crimes of treason is death. People are enflamed enough and empassioned enough to call for the heads of those who have commited treason. Luckily, those so enraged are very few in number, but the number grows as our feet are held closer to the flame.

I believe that there is still time to take steps to correct the malfunctions of our governments, both local and federal, but it will not be rectified by vote. This problem will only be solved by inflicting the consequence of law on those who break the law, and in so doing, sending a message that such behavior will not be tolerated by the people.

The more time passes, nearer comes the day when litigation, prosecution, and protests will lose all effectiveness, and we will be faced with a choice as individuals – to fight to secure our freedom, just like our founding fathers, or live on our knees under an oppressive regime. I say that we hold the members of our leadership – our police forces, our judges, and our military – responsible and individually accountable for the faithful execution of their oaths of office. We make THEM make the choice on whose side they will stand – with the failed, corrupted system, or with the people!

And should they choose to go against the will of the people, then all of the might and will of the people in all their numbers should be brought to bear on them.

Things That Did Not Happen

1. The Department of Homeland Security and other privately held government contractors, such as the Federal Reserve and the Postal Security Service, have not purchased over 2 billion rounds of ammunition, to include hollow point rounds. They also have not purchased over 2000 Mine Resistant Armored Personnel (MRAPS) for domestic use, or tens of thousands of M4 Carbine semi-automatic rifles.

2. There are no specifically built “FEMA camps” designed to house domestic or foreign refugees in the event of disaster or financial collapse.

3. The government does not, and has not staged “FALSE FLAG” events in order to create “PROBLEM/REACTION/SOLUTION” style incidents which justify the necessary curbing of rights of private citizens in the interest of “SECURITY.”

4. The government has not coordinated the recent influx of underage illegal immigrants at many points on our border with Mexico in order to push an “IMMIGRATION REFORM AGENDA.”

5. The Federal government and state legislatures are not fabricating artificial points of contention among its citizenry by passing legislation to protect the civil and legal rights of homosexuals and transgendered citizens.

6. There is NOT an international child sex prostitution ring. Children are not being exploited for any reason, and are not being abused in any way, are not being used for purposes of BRIBERY or BLACKMAIL. The children are just fine.

7. The United States government does not, and has never in the past, SOLD OR GIVEN weapons and ammunition to any party or group affiliated with the enemies of the State, or any rebel faction who opposes any enemy of the United States.

8. The United States government does not, and has never in the past,  TRAFFICKED OR SOLD DRUGS within or without American borders or controlled waters.

9. The United States government has never OBFUSCATED OR FABRICATED INFORMATION used to justify the involvement of our armed forces in any military engagement, past or present.

10. There are no individual or collective human beings on the planet who have designs and plans of “WORLD DOMINATION.” There are no plans to implement a “NEW WORLD ORDER.” There are no plans for “GLOBAL POPULATION CONTROL,” in any form, by any group or individual.

11. There is no plan inherent in the current economic paradigm of capitalism to intentionally inflate the value of money to the point of uselessness. The central banking system made up of the Federal Reserve, the International Monetary Fund, and the World Bank DOES NOT have a globalist social agenda, and has no intention to cause worldwide economic downturn by controlling the money that we use to execute our day to day life.

12. The leadership of the United States does not believe that in order to establish security for it’s citizens, it is necessary to limit freedoms and liberties. There is NO ATTACK on the rights of citizens as guaranteed by the Bill of Rights, or the Constitution as a whole.

13. There is no movement by the Democratic Senate to repeal the 1st Amendment of the Constitution, and replace it with a much longer, and much less “FREE” version of it. That was an internet hoax played on the people of this country by Ted Cruz and it’s comedic leadership.

14. Economic markets are established by the will of the consumer, and fulfilled by manufacturers. The prices of goods and commodities are set by supply and demand ONLY and are not manipulated in any way by governments, banks, or multi-national corporations.

15. The government of the United States, particularly its legislature, ARE NOT influenced by groups of people or corporations to create laws and regulations that are in the interest of their profit.

16. The leadership of the United States government, or it’s states, ARE NOT corruptible by foreign, monetary, or political interests, and DO NOT receive compensation in the form of cash, gifts, or high positions in private industry.

17. The US State Department and the Central Intelligence Agency have never engaged in the inciting of uprisings of a foreign populous, nor have they ever installed a proxy leader who is amenable to the American interests of “POLITICAL INFLUENCE.”

18. “OIL” has never been, and never will be, a singular cause for war. It has never been a primary cause for war. The production of energy for uses of locomotion and electricity by the consumption of oil are not important enough reasons to kill or be killed. The governments of the world understand this.

19. All of the things that seem to be happening, in the way they seem to be happening, are not happening. Rest assured that the interest of the common man are paramount to those elite who control the systems and machinations of this world. What you are witnessing is the struggle for our good leaders to cope with an increasingly complex and dangerous world. What is done by our leaders is in the best interest of the ENTIRE human race, regardless of social standing and station, economic worth, ability to produce, political affiliation, sexual and gender identity, race, creed, color, or religious belief.

Conspiracy

Would a conspiracy involving a small subset of humans deliberately creating conditions that would lead to the death or displacement of 85% of the world’s population be considered mass homicide? That’s illegal, right?

If a corporation is a person, and a psychopath is a person who cannot morally differentiate a human being from a chair or an airplane, then isn’t the world being run by psychopaths?

Corporations and governments reduce the people to more no than data and statistics, which are related to dollars and energy consumption. Some people will become liabilities to society based on an actuarial risk assessment, and as a result, the ‘producers’ of the society will become indignant – not toward the government, who emplaced the system of failure, but with the people considered liabilities, who drive up premiums.

Much less will consideration be given to an individual, and their value as creative, intelligent beings, and as the oceans slowly rise over the decades, and the blackouts become more common, and people begin to die of disease and starvation by the millions will we finally realize that it was all according to plan.

Personally, I have to consider that the architects of this system, it’s inevitable failure, and their resulting uncontested position at the top of the heap have to know something that we don’t. Like what did they learn from Tesla, and for that matter all of the pioneers of electrical discovery from Faraday on? What have they developed from Farnsworth’s briefly operational cosmic induction generator? Do they already understand how to generate energy from geo-polar or subspace resonance induction techniques as were developed by people like Tesla and Farnsworth?

Do they believe in order for the Human race to go forward, necessarily most of us must die – that they must cull the herd, so to speak? These people who are willing to go forward carrying with them the legacy of the murder of billions and billions of human beings – do they believe that they are to be saviors of the race and that their plans are for the best?

Or are they just consumed with greed and vanity?

Forced Home Inspections of “High Risk” Americans is Law Under Affordable Care Act

I’ve been thinking about what could be so horrible about the Affordable Care Act that politicians would react so vehemently as to cause a government shutdown in protest of it.

It seems to me that something would have to be very important. The law of the land, as it stands, provides the government with the legal ability to conduct forced home inspections of those deemed to be at a higher health risk than others. The list of those who are considered at higher risk under the Affordable Care Act are:

• Mothers under the age of 21.
• Tobacco users.
• Families with children who are developmentally challenged or disabled.
• Families with individuals who are serving or formerly served in the armed forces, including such families that have members of the armed forces who have had multiple deployments outside the United States.

That last one includes just about everyone, except the families of the higher echelons of our society.

In effect, the 4th Amendment of the Constitution, which restricts the government from conducting search and seizure of property and affects without probable cause and a warrant, is severely degraded. The 4th Amendment guarantees us one of our basic rights to privacy. The Affordable Care Act essentially removes the 4th Amendment from the Bill of Rights, because as of right now, the government has the legal right to search my domicile because I smoke cigarettes.

This is not the be all and end all of the erosion of the rights guaranteed us by the Constitution. Erosion takes place over time. Precedence is set, trends of capitulation and voluntary forfeiture of rights over time by the people establishes the new status quo.

In the future, we may look back on this time and understand that the Senators who acted to defund the government did so in a last desperate attempt to save the American people losing what’s left of our Constitutional rights.

UK Court’s Balls Shrivel and Hide in Face of BBC 9/11 Cover-Up Evidence

Tony Rooke, a British documentary film maker, refused to pay his licensing fees to the British Broadcasting Service, based on evidence suggesting a cover-up by the BBC regarding the WTC#7 collapse on September 11, 2001.

Victory was achieved in the form of the UK court completely dismissing the case, only charging Rooke the minimum 200 British pound court fee, and letting him slide on years worth of licensing fees, without question.

In effect, the UK court cried uncle, afraid of the small part of evidence related to the BBC’s alleged complicity in the cover-up, not to mention other evidence presented to the Judge in private.

One point of evidence laid out before the judge was this:

(On the afternoon of 9/11/01, the BBC reported that WTC 7 had “collapsed” 20 minutes before it actually came down. The BBC has since refused to reveal the source of that news report. Since we know, due to point 2 above, that WTC Building 7 could only have come down through controlled demolition, it is possible (if not likely) that whoever provided the BBC with that news report had inside information that WTC Building 7 was going to be intentionally demolished. Therefore, the BBC must divulge exactly the source of that news report.)

This secondary piece of evidence, in conjunction with the physical evidence regarding the collapse itself, which has been thoroughly measured and tested against what is known about building construction and demolition lends a whole lot of fodder for many more questions regarding all of the events that occurred on 9/11.

Ask questions. Demand answers.

To The Awake and Waking

To a lot of people, this world makes perfect sense. To those fully invested psychologically, emotionally, and economically, there is no doubt that the turmoil we’re currently witnessing in this world is going to subside, and everything is going to be just fine very soon. They’re banking on that, because they cannot comprehend a world where all the things for which they endlessly chase paychecks going away. For them, the illusion is strong.

But for a growing number of people, people who are learning how to connect the dots, this world makes very little sense, naturally. This world makes it very difficult to think and act rightly in terms of compassion, community, and equality. It makes it very hard to have anything unless you have a paycheck, as there is a monetary value attached to everything we need or desire. The world is monetized.

If you are one who questions the current paradigm, and you can see the missteps of humanity down the ages which have led to our situation, and when you do question and see, you notice that it seems all according to plan, do not be afraid of what you see. Do not be afraid of telling others what you see. I have been talking for years about these things, and I’ve been regularly alienated from people, and I admit, I really alienated myself from them. But when I talk to the same people now, they sometimes think back to some of the things I’ve talked to them about, and begin to question things.

The difference between asleep and awake can be just one piece of information, just one concept that allows one to peer through the illusion of this paradigm. People need to come to their own understanding, by their own means. As time goes on, the reality behind the illusion becomes more apparent, and I’m seeing people see it, little by little.

Don’t be discouraged or question yourself if you know in your heart that what you think you know is true. You don’t have to apologize for it. Don’t get depressed about the world and what you see in it. It is just the cognitive dissonance that is created by knowing the illusion, and having to exist and live within it’s parameters, but being able to see the reality behind it.

You’re not crazy if you don’t like what you see here. In fact, if you don’t like what you see, you could probably be considered more sane than those who run the rat race and enjoy themselves doing it.

All I’m saying is don’t feel bad for knowing what you know, saying it, and possibly being rejected for it. Just stick to your guns. If you don’t stick to your guns, you’ll feel worse than if you had. And this is all according to plan.

Opposing Viewpoint

One might say that our government has not held up its end of the bargain. Another might say that it’s exceeded it’s expectations, and gone above and beyond the call of duty.

Some feel that federalizing health care and mandating expenses for the people under threat of punishment is not within the government’s authority, while others feel that centralized health care is compassionate and fair.

Some feel that large banks, who gambled with our collective savings and assets, should not be rewarded with our tax dollars and the tax dollars of our children and grandchildren. Others feel that had our government not promised them a portion of our future earnings, their failure would have caused a catastrophic economic failure on a global scale.

Some feel that it is not the responsibility of the American people to subsidize the offensive and defensive capabilities of other countries. Others feel that wherever there conflict occurs in the world, it is our responsibility to choose sides, and provide support to ensure the security and safety of the people of that nation.

Some feel that our government places the interests of corporations ahead of the interests of the people of America. Others feel that corporations provide us with the goods and services that we need, and provide jobs for people, ensuring the success of our economy.

Some feel that fully automatic weapons and mine-resistant armored personnel carriers are not appropriate for domestic law enforcement. Others feel that law officers face an increasingly dangerous work environment and must be able to better protect themselves, or that surplus weaponry from our military should not be wasted.

Some feel that it is important to the security of a nation that it’s borders not be allowed to be breached illegally. Others feel that when the poor, hungry, and suffering of people of other nations come to us for help, we should be ready and willing to do so.

Some feel that when federal officials violate the law in the execution of their service to the people, that they should be held accountable and punished appropriately. Others feel that demotions, lateral transfers, or not being re-elected is punishment enough.

Some feel that America is not a country that should have such a large and growing homeless problem. Others feel that in America, there is ample opportunity for everyone to lift themselves up, and the homeless have no excuse for being homeless.

Some people have no opinions at all.

There are always conflicting viewpoints regarding any societal or political issue. These are just examples. The point I would like to make is that though these opposing viewpoints are typical, neither get down to the root cause of the issues.

One might say the government has not held up its end of the bargain. The truth is that a new bargain has been drawn, and it is between our government and the powerful elite of this world, who have been at work in their plans for a very long time. They represent the darkest, most selfish aspects of the human being, greed and power. They are collectively psychopathic, which means they view living souls as nothing more than tools they use to meet their ends. They are addicted to accumulation and control, and envision a homogenized, utopian society of their own prescription. A global society much, much smaller than our current population, a more manageable proposition.

Maybe they’re right. Maybe they’re acting rightly. Maybe they care about the human race in that they understand that if they fail in their mission, the human race may destroy itself. But would a sacrifice of billions to ensure the perpetuity of the human race, not to mention the legacy of the murder of billions of your own kind be preferable to the very real risk of unsustainability, and possible extinction if we maintain the status quo?

I Do Not Recognize The Court

I do not recognize the court because in the court sits a judge. Every judge swears a solemn oath of office to support and defend the constitution of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic. It is no longer a question of whether or not the high echelons of leadership in this country have lied, and are lying to the people. It is a long foregone conclusion based in evidence and fact. There is no judge who sits that can deny that those in power are acting in contravention of the law of this land.

If a judge sits, but does nothing in light of the oath they took, then they are complicit. If they are complicit, then they are the enemies of the state. It’s very simple. There are great Americans who swore the oath. There are great Americans who did not swear the oath. All Americans are responsible for what happens in America, regardless of office or oath. I encourage all citizens not familiar with the oath of office that our leaders vow to uphold to read it, and hold it to themselves, as well as their leaders.

To those whose greed and lust for power and control has consumed them to the point of psychopathy I say, there is hope. Just let go. Let go, or we will be as responsible for what happens to you as you will be for what happens to us if you do not.

Black Labels

The black labels of ‘truther’ and ‘conspiracy theorist’ have been used to describe those who question. ‘Sleeper’ and ‘shill’ are attached to those who toe the line and defend the official media and government soundbites. And ‘gatekeepers’ are those who have been given, or have figured out the truth for themselves, but use disinformation to obfuscate it, for whatever reason.

None of these groups are dangerous, because their numbers are small – too small to build enough political momentum in either direction to affect any real change.

All but a handful of people in this Brave New World could be accurately categorized as ‘blind, deaf, and dumb,’ in that they don’t see because they don’t look, don’t hear because they don’t listen, or, if they do these things, would say nothing for fear.

Not fear of ridicule or retribution, but fear that were the truth accepted, it would mean that they would have to change. They would have to question their motives, their hopes and dreams, and their place and purpose in this world.

Eventually, everyone sees or hears something in politics, in war, in the media that does not stand to reason, makes no logical sense, or seems to be contrary to what in most peoples’ minds would be considered right or good. This is the point at which one should consider what one observes, reads, or hears, and begin to ask questions related to those observations. This is the point at which critical thinking fails. Critical thinking fails because of one obstacle – disbelief.

If a person believes that their elected leaders and representatives would never do anything that was not in their best interest, they will not believe anything to the contrary, even if it is obvious that it is not the case. Most people don’t even understand that we are at war. And if they do know we are at war, they don’t understand why.

American’s understanding of the world comes from what is given to them in 30 second sound bites and 3 minute recaps from trusted, talking heads. Some people still read the newspaper, but never make it as deep as page A19, to which many stories that are important enough to be on the “cover” are relegated.

Many people avoid news coverage altogether. Though willful ignorance is disgusting and deplorable, as well as irresponsible in light of what is happening to our country and our world, those who choose it are at an advantage, as I see it. To the point, if one is not willing to look deeper into the stories of the day, it is better that they not look at all, because the superficial knowledge they might attain from the 6 o’clock news creates the illusion that one is informed, when in fact they are simply misled. Better to not follow than be misled.

The American’s sense of history is now all but non-existent. The purpose, intent, and reasons for wars in the last 100 years, to include the one in which WE are currently engaged, are lost on the common people. They have a very hard time connecting the dots because so many of the dots have been extracted or misplaced, and the resulting picture is not a picture of reality. It is a picture that is intentionally made pretty by those who own the dots.

Only by moving the dots to where they originally rested can we begin to put together a more realistic picture of our world. Only by asking questions and demanding truthful answers will those dots be moved. One generally encompassing question would be, “Why were some dots moved or omitted in the first place?” In other words, what information is being hidden, why is it being hidden, and by whom? More specifically, which whoms are hiding it, and what do they have to fear from the inevitable exposure of the truth? The loss of money? Power? Control? The world itself?

Most of the questions are very simple, and require only very simple answers, but the answers carry with them accountability, responsibility, and in almost all cases, the answers would mean punishment for those who have the answers. Punishment for treason under our Constitution calls for death in many cases.

They get away with what they can, and the only arbiter of justice under the Constitution when a tyrannical, deceitful, government seemingly holds the reigns of power is the people – as evidenced by the first three words of our constitution, “WE THE PEOPLE.”

America no longer know our rights, because we don’t read them. Is it any wonder why we teach our children about our Constitution in 7th grade, fully knowing that the concepts of liberty and freedom are too abstract for 13 year olds to grasp, much less understand what kind of work is required to secure them? What does freedom mean to a kid who has had to do nothing for what he or she receives? Clothes, food, shelter. Xbox, Iphone, facebook, snapchat… This is what freedom means to children.

We have not defended our rights at the lowest levels of society, and as a result, we have no guarantees against illegal search and seizure, we have limited rights to due process, and forget about the notion of being a ‘private’ citizen. The American people no longer choose which wars we will engage in, and for what reasons. The American people are TOLD which wars they will engage in, and they are given their reasons for war, which largely go unquestioned, and have in many cases been shown to be inaccurate, if not fabricated.

It is not too much to be able to ask questions, or to see where questions require answers not yet given. It is also not too much to ask for answers. Getting answers is the trouble. The answers to these questions, when answered, will require someone to be responsible for them. Unfortunately for America, we will all be held responsible for the truth when it is revealed.

Homeland Security Fail

When I was in the army, I learned a lot about security. How to establish it, how to maintain it, and the fundamental elements of it, which if employed properly, are effective in providing said security. One fundamental of security is establishing a perimeter. A line of defense inside which assets and personnel are kept because they are more secure there. We have this Department of Homeland Security, who presumably is responsible for the task of securing the homeland, and yet, our perimeter is ALLOWED to be breached. And those who breach it are rewarded for doing so.

This rant is not about immigration policy. This rant is about the largest bureaucratic entity ever devised in the history of the world apparently not aware of the simple fundamentals of the mission they are given. Rather than establishing and maintaining a perimeter, protecting our personnel and assets, they deliberately allow it to be breached. There must be purpose in that.

There has to be a reason why the opposite of what should happen is happening. There is a reason, and many of us know what that reason is. It is the same reason for up-armored troop carriers, fully automatic, crew served weapons, and even artillery pieces in the arsenals of domestic police departments. It is for the same reason that politicians, judges, police and corporations are not held accountable for breaking the law and hurting people in the process. It is for the same reason that we lob bombs at people indiscriminately, on taxpayer’s dime without their consent.

Our leadership is rogue and out of control. Nothing they do is in the interest of the American people, just as corporations care nothing more than for their own profits. All these things that are happening are happening in our name. The people are responsible for what their leadership does and does not do. We just had an election where a 96% incumbency retention rate was coupled with an 11% approval rating of those incumbents. This election was also the worst voter turnout for a mid-term in 70 years, so you see, those who are voting are voting to KEEP WHAT THEY GOT because that’s what they want.
